To Be Sure Only The Finest Fabrics Go Into Our Clothes,
We Go Directly To The Manufacturer.
Silk. Linen. Wool. Cotton. Nature's fabulous fibers are spun and woven into fabrics which are transformed into our touchable Spring collection. Some call this process the fashion industry. We call it a metamorphosis. Naturally.
Other Stores Just Talk About Personal Service.
But We're Prepared To Go To The Rack For Our Customers. And to the dressing room, the stockroom, or anywhere in-between. From free alterations to private appointments, when we say "personal attention," we deliver. Nothing less than our reputation hangs in the balance.

Maybe it's time to put courtesy back into the practice of law. Maybe it's time to expect prompt responses to your telephone calls. Undivided attention to your case. Dedicated listeners who care more about you than the clock. And appointments scheduled as you request. Maybe all of the above should be put in writing as a personal pledge. A bona fide guarantee. No maybes about it. It's been done by Whitley, Jenkins and Riddle, personal injury attorney with the "No Small Print" Guarantee. Visit their new office in New Bern. See what law is like without the feeding frenzy.OUR "NO SMALL PRINT" GUARANTEE
1. All client phone calls will be returned within 24 hours if not sooner. We treat clients as we would expect to be treated. It's a matter of simple courtesy.
2. All clients may schedule as many appointments as needed to discuss their cases. We serve you, not the other way around. That's our job. And doing that job well depends on two-way communication without the "meter" running.
3. All clients are treated with the respect they deserve. You are a guest in our office. You will be given the same respect you'd receive if you were a guest in our homes. This isn't just good business. It's good manners.
4. All clients will have all the resources of our firm on their side. And those resources are formidable. No matter what the case, every client proceeds from a position of strength. Or we don't proceed.
5. All our clients are individuals, not insurance companies or businesses. There is no confusion over split loyalties. We pledge our time, talent and experience to helping our clients obtain just and fair compensation without undue delay.Client: Whitley, Jenkins & Riddle

To match your shape to our moves, call us ......Client: Aylward Enterprises
Business: World leader in design and manufacture of dedicated feed systems for the packaging industry.
Objective: Create a full-page trade magazine ad to directly confront and refute allegations spread by Aylward's major European competitor regarding AE's inability to process anything but direct feed configurations; each of the ad's illustrated characters had the body of a different AE packaging configuration and its dance movement identified that specific packaging capability.
Audience: Packaging industry customers, suppliers and competitors worldwide.
Highlights: Achieved stated objective with a 230 percent increase in orders. Averted a more "physical" strike from AE's founder and president when he learned of the subterfuge being waged against his company by its largest European competitor.
Illustrator: Original illustrations to demonstrate different feed system moves created by English artist Margaret Paxton.
