1. credit/debit card number and expiration date
2. 3-digit security code following card number on back of card (see diagram below)

Cancellation Policy
Registration for all courses, classes, workshops, and retreats offered by Hoophole are to be prepaid unless otherwise noted. If you are unable to attend the event you have registered for, your registration fee will be refunded in full if notification of your cancellation is made no later than one week before the event is scheduled to begin. Any cancellations made after one week prior to the event will not be refunded. The only exception to this cancellation policy applies to the Circle of Stones: A Gathering of Women. With this retreat, the $75 registration fee is nonrefundable.All class times and dates are subject to change. If a class you have registered for is canceled by Hoophole, you will be offered two options: 1) a full refund of your registration fee; or 2) applying your registration fee to another class.
