Comparing Apples To Apples

When it comes to life's core issues, like choosing where to put down roots, be absolutely sure you are comparing apples to apples.  Should a wayward orange roll into the mix, you could end up being squeezed in all the wrong places.

Retirement or career move? Change in climate or change of pace? Whatever the reason, picking a new place to live can be an exciting experience. Or an utterly frustrating one, especially when trying to sort out hundreds of details on the communities you visited. We, at Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company, have simplified the process. This handy reference brochure includes a comprehensive checklist of the most important community amenities and real estate issues. The chart presents an organized format for comparing Cypress Landing with four other communities of your choice.  Gathering your facts now is as easy as pie. Along the way, you will discover why Cypress Landing is the apple of our eye, with more value-added features than any other comparably priced marina and golf community. But, don't take our word for it. Go and check out the other apples in the barrel and draw your own conclusions.

Client:         Cypress Landing, Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company
Business:    Real Estate Development
Objective:   Create a user-friendly and durable format to assist in organizing data accumulated when comparing planned communities similar to Cypress Landing
Audience:   Potential new home buyers/builders age 40-65
Highlights:  Extensive market research indicated that of all surrounding planned communities within a 300-mile radius, Cypress Landing offered not only the most
amenities for the money, but was the only community with a full-service marina and marina clubhouse. By placing Cypress Landing in the first column, it subliminally
suggested this was the community by which all others would be measured.
