Upon receipt and processing of your $100 non-refundable reservation fee, a confirmation email will be sent notifying you of your reserved place in the gathering you have chosen.

If the gathering you chose is filled, you will be notified by email. Your $100 reservation fee will not be processed unless you request it be applied to another Circle of Stones gathering.

Be sure to request your name be added to our Circle of Stones mailing list so you can stay informed about future gatherings.  And add the KohlQuest email address to your list of approved addresses.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an information packet detailing what to bring to the gathering, what to wear, directions, and explicit details to assist in your choice of travel arrangements and accommodations.

1.  credit card number and expiration date
2.  3-digit security code following credit card number on back of card or 4-digit AMEX security code on front of card  (see diagram below)

Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds of the $100 non-refundable portion of your registration fee for reasons explained above.  However, if the gathering you want is filled, your full reservation fee will be returned promptly if you choose not to register for another scheduled Circle of Stones gathering.  If KohlQuest initiates a cancellation of a scheduled gathering, all who have registered for that particular gathering will have their full reservation fees returned promptly or applied to another scheduled gathering if requested.

All personal financial information included on a Circle of Stones registration form is deleted and removed from any KohlQuest online data files once a registration has been confirmed.
